Health Tip: When do you exercise?

A study by the Southwestern Health Institute in Phoenix discovered that three out of 4 people who exercised in the morning were still exercising a year later. However, only half of those who waited until midday to exercise were still continuing their exercise habit a year later.

Interesting. I remember a study from the early 80's that indicated early morning exercise (running specifically) made you more prone to injury than later in the day. Perhaps time of day on exercises is more an indication of overall motivation and determination and therefore longevity in continuing.
