Health Tip: Fresh salsa...

Health Tip: Fresh salsa is easy to make, nutritious and very versatile. To make fresh salsa simply chop 1½ cups fresh tomato, mix in 1-2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tsp. sea salt, ½ cup chopped cilantro and minced peppers of your choice to taste.
