Health Tip: Loosing weight...

Health Tip: If you are interested in losing weight, always serve your food on a plate or bowl so you can see how much you are eating. Studies have shown that people who eat from a bag, box or bucket eat 40-50% more than if they put their food on a dish.

That is true especially with peanuts, dried fruits or the like.
