Health Tip: When ordering out at a restaurant...

Health Tip: When ordering out at a restaurant if you see fried, au gratin, crispy, escalloped, pan-fried, sautéed or stuffed food, know these are high in fat.  Instead look for steamed, broiled, baked, grilled, poached or roasted foods.  If you are unsure how a food is prepared, just ask your server.
