Health Tip: Some conventionally grown fruits...

Some conventionally grown fruits and vegetables contain more pesticides than others. The fruits and vegetables with the highest concentration of pesticides are: apples, bell peppers, celery, cherries, imported grapes, nectarines, pears, potatoes, red raspberries, spinach and strawberries.

Thanks for the Eye Opener of facts about the stuff we should rely on as Healthy for us. I think Organic is a way to go. What do you think?

I agree; organic is the best and most healthy for your body. I don't always practice this, and am working hard to be aware of the food I eat each time I am at a meal. Especially when I travel, I am very aware and happy with the choices I make as others leave the table way overfull with not as healthy food in their stomachs.
