Health Tip: Craving for unhealthy food.

If you experience a craving for unhealthy food, distract yourself for 10 minutes. Often you will find once you get busy doing another activity, the craving will pass.

its really true as unhealthy diet will cause many health related issue as they don't have essential nutrients for the requirement of the body.Junk food looks attractive only.
