Healthy fats are monounsaturated and omega-3 fatty acids. Monounsaturated fats are in olive oil, canola oil, nuts, seeds and avocados. Omega-3 fatty acids are in fatty ocean fish, flaxseed and flaxseed oil and walnuts.
