Health Tip: Unhealthy fats...

Unhealthy fats to avoid are saturated and transfat. Saturated fats are in red meat, butter, cream, full-fat dairy products and lard. Transfat also known as partially hydrogenated oil is found in stick margarine, vegetable shortening, fried fast food and most crackers, cookies, chips and baked goods.
