Health Tip: Have a purpose for each run...

I always have a purpose for each run!  And the idea is to have the purpose and focus on it. If its pace, focus on pace. Distance. Time. Finishing. Going a minute longer than yesterday. Or pure just enjoyment.   Have a purpose with each of your runs and focus on it.  #‎DistantRunners‬ ‪#‎focus‬
