Recipe for today: Creamy Avo Fudgesicles


  • 2 small avocados
  • 1 c coconut milk
  • 1/3 c raw unfiltered honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder
Halve avocados lengthwise and remove seed.
Scoop flesh into a food processor.
Add remaining ingredients and puree until smooth and creamy.
Transfer mixture to a silicone, stainless steel or BPA-free popsicle tray and insert sticks.
Freeze for 2 hours or overnight.
Unmold and serve.
