5 key lessons from Robin Williams

After hearing the sad and tragic passing of Robin Williams, I have been reflecting on all of the movies I watched him in character.  There are so many.  Some well-known, others, quietly make notice on hidden shelves.  Each of his movies were pivotal and taught me life-lessons.

These are my top 5 movies of Williams with life-altering performances:

  • There is a powerful voice inside each of us. (Dead Poets Society)
  • Be willing to take big risks. (Good Will Hunting)
  • Do what you love. (Patch Adams)
  • Don't forget to dance. (The birdcage)
  • Stand up for what you believe is important. (Good Morning Vietnam)

  • 6 + 3 = 9 but so does 5 + 4 The way you do things is not always the only way to do them. Respect other people's way of thinking. (~The mind unleashed)

Don't you think It's time stand in a new way and look at life with a different perspective?
