2015 Health, Wellness & Fitness SMART Goals #‎Kimssüperawesome2015‬ #crazyrunninggal



  1. Run at least 5 days a week. (3 days)
  2. Run 100 miles challenge.
    1. NEVER GO 3 DAYS WITHOUT RUNNING
    2. RUN AT LEAST 3 DAYS A WEEK
    3. NEVER MISS A MONDAY
    4. NEVER GIVE UP!

  3. Run 11 half marathons: 50 in 50 states by my 50th.

  6. Reach new running PR for either Marathon, Half marathon, 5K or 10K. (not achieved)

  8. Meditate Daily. (at least 3-4 days a week)
  9. Keep a food log in my traveling notebook. (not achieved)
  10. 10 pounds by midyear. (haven't weighed self)
